When teachers are trusted and allowed to use their skills & talents, amazing things happen in the classroom. I know this is becoming rare and that makes it hard to be a teacher sometimes, but you do have something to offer your students and the world. Find the strength, courage, and some way to always do what is right and needed for your students sake. You are awesome, Teacher, no matter how the system makes you feel sometimes.
